The house is spacious and there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All bedrooms are air conditioned and all the windows have bars. The bathrooms have a shower, toilet and sink, the bathroom in the master bedroom even has a Jacuzzi!
The modern bright kitchen has a five burner stove, oven, double sink and hood. There is also a lot of storage space.
In front of the house is a covered terrace and at the rear is a very large covered porch. There is also an indoor apartment, which has one bedroom and one bathroom.
The garden includes plants and gravel and is completely fenced. There is a dripping system and an automatic gate with a large driveway. In the backyard is enough space to possibly achieve a large pool. The gas cylinders to the rear of the house are neatly out of sight because there is a cabinet built around it.
Koraal Partier is situated east of Curaçao, but you still have everything you need. Several main roads are nearby, including the Santa Rosaweg and the Way to Sta. Catharina. It's nice and quiet and the district has an excellent reputation. It's 15 minutes driving to several well-known beaches, such as Caracas Bay and Jan Thiel Bay. La casa es espaciosa y hay tres dormitorios y dos baños. Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y todas las ventanas tienen rejas. Los baños disponen de ducha, inodoro y lavabo, el baño en el dormitorio principal tiene incluso un jacuzzi!
La cocina moderna y luminoso cuenta con una cocina de gas con cinco quemadores, horno, fregadero doble y campana. También hay un montón de espacio de almacenamiento.

Das Haus ist geräumig und hat drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder. Alle Zimmer verfügen über Klimaanlage und alle Fenster sind vergittert. Die Badezimmer verfügen über Dusche, WC und Waschbecken, das Bad in den Master-Schlafzimmer verfügt sogar über einen Whirlpool!
Die helle und moderne Küche hat einen Gasherd mit fünf Brennern, Backofen, Spüle und Dunstabzugshaube. Es gibt auch viel Stauraum.
Vor dem Haus befindet sich eine überdachte Terrasse und den hinteren Deck verfügt über eine große Terrasse. Es gibt auch eine innere Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer und einem Bad.
